Statement of Common Bond

It is the intention of the Board of Directors that Sunset Country Club be composed of properly qualified and discriminating persons with concordant vocational and social attainment from all segments of the community. Invitations to membership are extended without regard to race, sex, religion, or national origin.

Refund and Designation

I understand that I may not offset dues or charges against the initiation fee, which shall be non-refundable.

I understand that I may resign by giving written notice to the Club. The effective date of resignation will be 45 days after the club receives my written notice. All accrued charges for which I am liable are due and payable upon the effective date of the resignation.


Payment of Account

I further understand that I am assuming no liabilities whatsoever in connection with membership other than the payment of my initiation fee, dues and charges incurred by me, my family and guest in the use of the Club; and that membership does not confer upon me any ownership of the Club property or its assets.

Payment of the account is dues upon the receipt of the monthly statement. I agree to pay the account when due and I agree the Club may assess a late charge for past due accounts as provided in the Bylaws and Rules of the Club as amended from time to time. I agree to pay all reasonable attorney fees, investigator fees, and costs in the event this account is turned over for collection.


Bylaws

I agree to conform to and be bound by the Bylaws and rules of the Club, as they may be amended from time to time.
By signing this form I certify that the completed information presented to the Board of Directors is true and authorize an investigation of my credit and background as to whether or not it meets with Membership Requirements.
